KB cleans

Get strong:

OHSQ 3×5 (add 5 pounds)

WOD:

3 rounds; 1 minute rest between rounds

RX= 45/70

11 KB cleans (L)

21 KB swings (2 hands)

11 KB cleans (R)

21 KB swings (2 hands)
