400 Meter Run then 100 Wallballs 20/14 10’/9′

400 Meter Run then 70 Deadlifts 135/95

400 Meter Run then 40 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

400 Meter Run then 70 Deadlifts 135/95

400 Meter Run then 100 Wallballs 20/14 10’/9′

Both partners run. Work cannot start until both partners back from run. One person works at a time. If not running then 400 meter row or 25 cals assault bike while partner holds plank, then switch
